The Guangdong Real Estate Chamber of Commerce member event - 3H Building Hardware was successfully held.

The event aims to gain an in-depth understanding of  3H Building Hardware through on-site visits to exhibition halls, CNAS-accredited laboratories, workshops, and seminars. At the same time, it also strengthens the interaction and communication between member companies.

The Chamber of Commerce first visited the  3H Enterprise Exhibition Hall, and through the explanations of the staff, they felt  3H's outstanding strength in product innovation. Then, they came to  3H Group Testing Center (CNAS-accredited laboratory) to take a close look at how 3H passes strict quality control and scientific testing to ensure product quality. Afterwards, they visited the assembly workshop of Hopewell's production base. Through on-site observation and introduction, the guests had a clear understanding of 3H's production process, production capacity scale and on-site management. Finally, an exchange seminar was held in the conference room. ‍

In 2024, in order to further optimize policies and take multiple measures to stimulate the vitality of the real estate market, the Chamber of Commerce has submitted relevant opinions and suggestions many times, suggesting benchmarking the implementation of policies in other cities and studying and introducing more powerful policy measures to maintain market heat and avoid the market from bottoming out again. At the same time, the Chamber of Commerce also focused on optimizing the land value-added tax settlement issues in the real estate industry to promote the healthy development of the industry, and submitted a number of opinions and suggestions to relevant departments on business issues such as land costs and project costs involved in land tax settlement.

The participants shared their impressions one by one. They highly praised the production scale, product quality and innovative product concept of 3H Building Hardware. They all said that this event not only gave them a deeper understanding of 3H's corporate strength and innovation capabilities, but also made them full of expectations for 3H's future.
