Step one：Door closer can only be installed in the upper part of the door near the hinge side, the body without speed control screws on one end, facing the hinge, otherwise, the door will not open, if forcibly open, the door closer, the door sash and the upper door frame that slot will be destroyed, with four screws to fix the body on the door sash, and then the lever set into the upper end of the tooth shaft, the other end of the cap, tighten the fastening screws.

Step two:  Install the connecting rod, with two screws, to fix the rod on the door frame. Handhold the connecting rod at right angles to the upper door frame. Loosen the lock nut, adjust the connecting rod to a suitable length, gently plate the lever so that the lever pin is inserted exactly into the hole at the end of the connecting rod, and check that the connecting rod is at right angles to the upper door frame. Put on the washer and fasten it with half-round head screw. Lock the nut, the installation is complete.

Step three: Adjust the closing speed. The closing speed has been well adjusted, if you need to change the speed, turn the speed adjusting screw as shown in the figure.

(2) Precautions

A.Externally mounted door top closer is not applicable to bi-directional opening doors.

B.Speed adjustment screw controls the door opening and closing speed. Clockwise rotation is slow, counterclockwise rotation is fast.

C. door closer should be filled with antifreeze oil after 1 year of use. When refueling, screw out the oil hole screw, you can refuel, and tighten the screw after the oil is full.

D.The rest of the screws and sealing parts should not be screwed at will to prevent oil leakage.

Concealed door closer

(1) Construction: The concealed door top spring is composed of a hydraulic buffering spring mounted on the door sash and a slide and slider mounted on the door frame, as well as a coupling rod. Since the concealed door top closer is installed in the slot of the door sash and door frame, it does not affect the appearance of the door when it is closed. It is suitable for use on the doors of high-class hotel rooms.

(2) installation points

A In the door frame, sash in place before, first should be in the door sash top and door frame on the bottom of the threshold bullet line (the word "bullet line" provided by the industry encyclopedia) tick slot.

B Then before the installation of the door and window , the hydraulic buffering spring should be buried in the slot, and the slide should be screwed into the slot of the door frame.

C wait for the door frame, sash installation is fixed and then use the nut to fix the joint rod on the spring axis.
