In order to allow employees' parents to work with peace of mind, enrich the summer cultural life of employees' children, and create harmonious families, 3H Group actively practices the spirit of corporate culture care and carefully plans and organizes summer camps for employees' children every summer vacation.

This summer camp focuses on the children of employees who are about to enter primary school. It lasts for 10 days and aims to help children smoothly transition to primary school life through entertaining and educational means. The summer camp is hosted by the professional team of 3H Education.

According to the growth characteristics and needs of children of this age group, they have carefully designed a diversified curriculum system covering artistic literacy, fun mathematics, pinyin enlightenment, ancient poetry recitation, language expression, memory training, sensory development and social emotional education, etc., to promote the physical and mental health and diversified ability development of children in all aspects.

As the summer camp progressed, the children gradually became confident and brave from their initial shyness. They not only made new friends, but also gained a wealth of knowledge and skills. At the end of the camp, the summer camp carefully planned a garden party, and the children showed the teachers their learning results during the summer camp by participating in knowledge quizzes. Children who answered the questions correctly would have the opportunity to participate in the archery game, and children who successfully threw the ball into the pot could also win game coins to try to grab their favorite dolls on the claw machine, which greatly stimulated the children's enthusiasm for participation and sense of achievement.

This activities won unanimous praise from parents and children, and the children expressed their nostalgia for the summer camp and their desire to participate again in the future.

At this point, the 2024 "Xiaoyan Paradise" summer camp for children of employees of 3H Group has come to a successful conclusion. The two weeks have left traces of children's laughter and growth.
