This system is suitable for European standard 20-groove aluminum alloy tilt and turn windows;

The window is with the sash width ranges from 380mm to 500mm, and the sash height ranges from 620mm to 2200mm. (Note: the relative size of the top surface of the notch); the weight of the window sash is not more than 80KG.

What’s the advantages of this hardware system solution?

1. Can be adjustable

The bottom hinge is adjustable in three dimensions (left and right adjustable ±1mm, front and rear adjustable ±0.5mm, upward adjustable +3mm).Adjusting the eccentricity (+4/-2mm) of the rivet of the diagonal rod can reduce the gap between the frame and sash;

2.Suitable for different profiles

To prevent the sash from shaking, the diagonal rod can be adjusted according to different profiles;

3.Quick positioning and quick installation

All parts can be directly inserted into the groove for quick installation; the upper and bottom hinges are quickly installed and fixed directly with screws, without drilling to destroy the profile;
